ABOUT CHEF BRIAN
A Miami native, Brian Nasajon was born into a family where a love of food and an appreciation of culinary arts were household values. Exposed to global flavors as a young boy, Chef Nasajon’s favorite memories include observing his grandfather’s every move as he expertly grilled asadoa Uruguayan staple. At Beaker & Gray, he adds a unique spin to his ingredient-driven global dishes, served in a fun, approachable atmosphere.

ABOUT CHEF MICHAEL
Fusing the flavors of his native Cuba — he grew up in Little Havana — with farm-inspired cooking, Chef Beltran honed his skills working under New World cuisine founder Norman Van Aken. Now the chef at Ariete, he works alongside restaurateur Jason Odio under the moniker Native Sons. Located on Coconut Grove, Ariete is named after the restaurant Beltran’s grandparents worked at in Cuba. Native Sons also opened neighborhood cocktail bar Baby Jane in Miami.

ABOUT CHEF BRAD
A native of Kansas City, Kilgore is a rising star on the Miami restaurant scene. Previous posts include George's J & G Grill in the St. Regis Resort Bal Harbour and Azul, which earned five stars from Forbes while he was sous chef. In 2015, he opened Alter, which was named "Restaurant of the Year" by the Miami Herald and was a semi-finalist for the James Beard Foundation’s "Best New Restaurant." Kilgore was also named a 2016 StarChefs Rising Star Chef and a Food & Wine "Best New Chef."

ABOUT CHEF ADRIENNE
After earning her degree in Nutrition & Food Science from Florida State University, South Florida native and self-proclaimed "farm girl" turned to the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale to study the art of food presentation. The now-seasoned chef and Food Network Chopped champion brings her culinary knowledge and expertise to the kitchen at 3030 Ocean in Fort Lauderdale Beach. With her love for farm-to-table fare and fresh, sustainable food, Executive Chef Adrienne Grenier delivers a seasonally-inspired menu of locally-sourced, organic cuisine, cultivating the finest ingredients from both land and sea.
