BOURBON STEAK invites guests to sample Michael Mina's signature, modern steakhouse cuisine in a vivid private venue, surrounded by striking mirrored glass walls overlooking the restaurant. At CORSAIR kitchen & bar, each private space serves as a stylish highlight to the restaurant's rustic, farmhouse cooking, cultivated from the freshest seasonal and local ingredients. The décor and cuisine in our private dining spaces work in harmony to create settings best described by the Italian expression 'sprezzatura,' which evokes effortlessness and simplicity. Dine on the patio, overlooking the lush resort grounds, host an informal gathering in the lounge, or a seated meal for up to 30 in the private dining room.
