Tasting Room
Smoked oak wood floors and double doors provide an earthy welcome, while vertical wall paneling in hounds tooth and mirrors are a striking contrast. Enter into the high-ceiling private dining room and you’ll also find a wooden credenza adorned with hand-blown silver candles, a long narrow oak wood table with twill seating for up to 30 people, plus a cleverly-masked private entrance into the state-of-the-art kitchen. A glass wall with views of a bamboo garden give the room a very Zen-look and feel. No performance is complete without fine wine and gourmet food. The popular Michael Mina restaurant offers a selection of over 850 wines to pair with award-winning American contemporary cuisine from an assortment of dining menus designed to please all tastes and budgets.
Glass Box
For more intimate gatherings, the Glass Box at Michael Mina’s famed BOURBON STEAK restaurant is unlike anything ever seen before. Four glass walls encase the room transforming it into a private space that peeks out to the chic restaurant on one side and local blue limestone on the other. A brown & white cowhide chandelier is the main focal point of the Glass Box and provides a spotlight on the boardroom-style oak table that seats up to 14 people. Flooring is a slab-honed finish.
