Cascata Grill, bringing the chef’s garden to every table
The creative Mediterranean-inspired menu at Cascata Grill features savory dishes complemented by Latin flavors and delicately prepared with herbs, spices, tropical fruits and vegetables plucked daily from the onsite chef’s garden. On any given day, guests can find chefs leading garden tours, hosting garden-side soirees or conducting cooking demos.
Before dinner, guests can unwind with a cocktail at the bar, which is located in a cozy alcove just off the dining room. The al fresco terrace offers an ideal place for guests to enjoy picturesque views of the resort’s diverse tropical vegetation, a scenic waterfall and the Soffer Golf Course.
