James Beard award-winning chef and renowned restaurateur Michael Mina has brought his unique culinary vision to Turnberry Isle Miami with BOURBON STEAK, A Michael Mina Restaurant.
A contemporary American steak house, BOURBON STEAK is set just off the lobby at the Turnberry Isle resort, offering guests the chance to sample Mina’s signature cuisine in a vivid space imagined by longtime collaborator, Tony Chi. The striking dining room with splendid mirrored walls and a “glass box” private dining room is perfectly balanced by the intimate wine cellar and a chic bar and lounge area featuring a cigar menu and the new BOURBON STEAK Bar Burgers menu.
BOURBON STEAK features modern American fare with a focus on the finest meats and freshest seafood butter poached over a wood burning grill and complemented by a selection of over 1,000 fine wines.
Open daily for dinner. Friday – Saturday from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday - Thursday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
